Sootblower |
The DN100 soot blower poppet valve is connected to the pipe through the flange. All parts form a special valve assembly, the rotatable seat is flat sealed. At the back of the seat, there is also a control disk for regulating the pressure in the direction of the airflow. Using this control disk, the medium pressure in the pipe is reduced to the blowing pressure required by the blower.
In the side of the valve, we can see there are one plug and adjuster. If customer need the vent valve, we can supply, if they don't need, we will equip a plug to seal the hole.
