Introduction of Introduction of Nord Machinery CO.,Ltd:
Nord Machinery Co., Ltd. started with custom casting since 1997 and exported casting parts until 2001.From then,we have got good praise for reanable price and high quality from many our clients. Our market mainly covers America,Canada, Australia, Europe,South African,Middle East Asia. Among all exported casting parts, durable casting parts in hard-wearing(high Cr/Mn steel&iron) material take large proportion,,such as crusher parts, excavator bucket teeth, tillage plough points, rock drill tools, etc.
Apart from wear parts, we also provide other custom metal parts of intricate or simple shapes used in various industries, such as container parts, agricultural equipment parts, auto parts, train parts, mining machinery parts, ship parts etc.
Our Advantages:
1 | 3D Model drawing for exact dimension control |
2 | Prompt & Accurate quoation on requests |
3 | Production process tracking feedback in time |
4 | Secure & confidential contract |
5 | OEM service by custom-made |
6 | Absolute quality guarantee with strigent inspection |
Our mission to customers:
* Better Pricing For Similar Quality
* Better Quality For Similar Pricing
* Better Service For Similar Quality&Pricing
* Reasonably Better Than Other Competitors
Die casting is a high-efficiency metal forming process ideal for mass-producing complex, dimensionally stable aluminum components like motor housings. Below is our optimized production workflow:
Tooling Design: Custom steel molds (dies) are CNC-machined into two or more sections to enable casting extraction.
Modular Options: Dies may incorporate movable slides, cores, or ejector pins for intricate geometries (e.g., motor housing cooling fins).
The die is mounted into the die casting machine:
Fixed Die Half: Stationary mold section.
Moving Die Half: Hydraulically/pneumatically actuated.
Clamping Force: Up to 4,000+ tons (depending on part size) ensures mold integrity during injection.
Alloy Temperature: Aluminum heated to 650-750°C (exact range depends on alloy, e.g., ADC12 at ~680°C).
High-Pressure Injection: Molten metal is injected at 10-175 MPa (1,500-25,000 psi) to fill cavities in 10-100 milliseconds.
Rapid Cooling: Controlled by integrated water channels in the die (cycle time typically 15-60 seconds).
Automated Ejection: Robotic arms or ejector pins remove solidified castings.
Trimming: Removal of excess material (flash,etc.).
Surface Treatment: Shot blasting, powder coating, or anodizing for corrosion resistance.
