Nord Foundry Ltd, located in Ningbo city, China. is a standardized and professional casting factory.
The main production processes we using are water glass casting, Lost foam casting &Sand casting. The materials usually used are carbon steel. alloy steel, high Mn steel,stainless steel. high Cr steel. wear resistance steel. ductile iron, gray iron.
The products are mainly applied in field of manufacturing mining machinery, buildings,auto parts. truck parts. train parts, railway spares, ship parts. transportation equipment parts, excavator parts, valve parts, agricultural machinery parts, etc.
We use medium frequency furnace to melt the steels and irons. Equipped with heat treating rooms and machining equipments, our factory has a high production capacity. The max exporting capacity is 20000tons now. Our products are mainly exported to advanced countries such as USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, German, Italy, etc.
To control the qualty, we ve been equipped with various testing equipments, such as spectrum, Magnetic Partical Inspection Instrument, UT equipment, CMM, Tensile Strength tester, Impact testing machine(-40C ), Hardness tester.
